RETURNS

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Non-returnable items:
Accessories, discounted/sale items, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@shopkikelomo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.


EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue swiftly
